Restaurant
In the farmstead’s own restaurant, guests can enjoy splendid examples of traditional Maremma cooking with variations on classic Italian dishes. The menù varies from season to season and depends on the availability of the ingredients our chef uses to produce the recipes.
Primarily home-produced ingredients are used in preparing dishes, extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables from the garden, poultry reared on the farm or bought locally from producers and farmers chosen for their quality and reliability.
Naturally, everything is accompanied by our wines, Morellino di Scansano and Vermentino.
Breakfast is based on simple, carefully chosen produce, from traditional home-made cakes to our own honey and jams.
During the Summer season, it is possible to eat outside in the restaurant garden, where the tables offer a splendid view that extends from the hills as far as the sea.
