A farm restaurant is not like other restaurants. Our commitment is to make local food known to those who visit our area.
Guests can enjoy delicious examples of traditional Maremma dishes with variations on classic Italian dishes.
The menu varies by season and availability of the ingredients used in our recipes.
Our dishes are made primarily with locally grown ingredients, extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables from our garden, poultry reared on the farm or bought from local producers and farmers chosen for their quality and reliability.
Naturally, everything is accompanied by our wines, Morellino di Scansano and Vermentino.
Breakfast is served with simple, carefully chosen produce, ranging from traditional home-baked cakes to home-made jams and local honey.
THREE AREAS COMMUNICATING
The restaurant consists of three connecting dining rooms. The largest room has a fireplace and big windows overlooking the garden, another room has an oval table, while a smaller separate room has 10-12 seats for dinner or lunch parties.
PHILOSOPHY OF EATING IN FARM
The kitchen and the preparation of food are conceived within the ‘eating local’ concept. Ingredients are all produced in Tuscany and items are grown directly on the farm or bought from local farmers.
EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS
The estate’s unique location with its spacious garden and swimming pool make it the perfect place to host dinners for special occasions. Menus can be created for personal requests and small receptions and buffet events can be served.
A TERRACE ON THE COAST
In the summer, it is possible to eat on the cool, airy terrace at the front of the restaurant and watch the sun as it slowly sets and the lights begin to sparkle in the towns on the Maremma coast.
